Service Department
Our expert service department is ready to take care of all your service needs, from a basic flat tire to a complete overhaul or suspension rebuild. The mechanics will always inspect the bicycle and make any recommendations to help you get the best cycling experience. Take advantage of one of the following Service Packages to keep your bicycle running in tip-top shape for years to come.
First Service for a New Bicycle
Free
If you purchased your new bicycle from us you are entitled to one free general tune-up. This "First Service" is designed to take care of the break-in period which occurs on new bicycles. Typically this break-in period consists of cable stretch and general settling of components which can lead to poor shifting, and the bike not performing like new. We thank you for your purchase and invite you to take advantage of this complimentary service inside the first six months of purchase.
Basic Tune-Up
Multi-Speed ~ $80 Basic Tune-Up Single-Speed $60
This is a full mechanical service, including cable tension for shifters/derailleurs, brakes (hydraulic bleed is extra), along with brake caliper adjustment, derailleur adjustment, headset, bottom bracket and hub adjustment, and wheel truing. Parts and accessory installation not included.
Deluxe Tune-Up
Road & MTB Hard Tail ~ $150 Full Suspension MTB $150
Also known and the Tune & Clean, the Deluxe Tune-Up starts out with a complete full bike cleaning. The drive-train is removed and cleaned in the solvent tank while the frame fork and wheels are clean and polished. Once everything is clean and put back on the bike, the service is finished up with the full mechanical service described in the “Basic Tune-Up.” Again parts and accessory installation not included.
Complete Overhaul
$195
If your bicycle is a bit older or has been ridden a bit harder, the Complete Overhaul is what you need. It consists of the bicycle being stripped down to the bare frame and built back up after a full cleaning of frame and parts and overhauling of bearings(headset/hubs/bottom bracket). Suspension overhaul and part replacement is not part of the Complete Overhaul and as before parts and accessory installation not included.
If your bike is not in need of one of our full service packages, our mechanics are glad to adjust whatever individual parts you need. All services are done on a first come first serve basis. The spring and summer months can get busy, so call ahead to check turn around times.
