NOT YOUR NORMAL REMOVABLE-SLEEVE JACKET We went back to the design table to come up with a better way to make a removable-sleeve jacket and in the process created a brilliantly versatile jacket. The zippers sit just above the elbow and cover 3/4 of the circumference of the arm. With the sleeves in place, you have Castelli's top-performing Perfetto RoS long-sleeve jacket. Remove the sleeves and you have a real Gabba to wear with your Nano Flex arm warmers. The zippers are covered so you don't see them from the outside or feel them from the inside. For Winter 2019 the Perfetto Convertible gets the RoS treatment: Rain or Shine. The same breathability and fit you've come to expect from the Perfetto, but now with significantly improved rain protection, including seam sealing on the shoulders. We've also differentiated the fabrics so you get extra warmth on forward-facing surfaces and lighter stretch on rear-facing surfaces. We always thought a jacket that becomes a vest is kinda useless. But a jacket that becomes a Gabba ... that's brilliant. - Zips just above elbows to allow use as long- or short-sleeve jacket - Castelli exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM 205 Warm brushed waterproof fabric on front-facing surfaces - GORE-TEX INFINIUM 203 Stretch on rear-facing surfaces for extra stretch and breathability - Taped shoulder seams for extra rain protection - YKK Vislon zipper for easy sliding, covered for extra wind and rain protection - Zippered ventilation opening on side of chest - 2 rear pockets with pump sleeve are easily accessed with gloved hands - Gabba-style dropped tail with large black reflective panel - 4°-16°C / 39°-61°F - Weight: 322g

SIMPLE WITH A TWIST Most of us use long-sleeve jerseys for a few days in the spring and fall, then extend their range with a vest in cooler weather, then pull them back out for insulation duty under a jacket in extreme cold. So a thermal jersey shouldn't be too bulky or complicated, yet you don't want boring. We built this with all the essential features like great fabric and fit, perfect pockets, and our lightweight easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper. When you do wear it on its own, the small inserts in the chest and above the pockets give it an extra visual touch, and they happen to be reflective should you extend your ride to evening. - Warmer fabric - Iridescent reflective inserts on front and back - 3 rear pockets - Lightweight YKK Vislon easy-sliding zipper - 14°-20°C / 57°-68°F - Weight: 235g

NOT YOUR OLD-STYLE WIND JACKET If you're like us, there's a reason you're not using your old-style wind jacket more. With waterproof jackets like the Idro being lighter and more compact than ever, we felt it was time to reinvent a classic. In reality, the Aria Shell Jacket is very different from your flappy old jacket that either didn't protect you or didn't breathe. This jacket is an impossibly light layer that keeps the wind off the front of your body while allowing ample breathability through the mesh side panels. But what you'll really appreciate is how we use the stretch panels in the sides and on the back of the sleeves to make this jacket fit like a second skin: no flapping fabric, no cold air circulating inside the jacket, no more looking like a throwback to the Armstrong era. This jacket is light and warm enough to wear for the entire ride in mild conditions, but if you do want to take it off it folds into a side panel pocket and stuffs away in minimal space in your pocket or seat bag. - Ultralight windproof woven microfiber front - Striped mesh fabric at sides and sleeve back is stretchy to avoid fabric flapping in the wind - Folds up extremely small - Rear pocket - YKK Vislon zipper - Reflective piping - 10°-18°C / 50°-65°F - Weight: 99g

Just like the name says, we wanted to create the ideal simple emergency rain jacket. We made it completely waterproof and compact, and, as you'd expect from Castelli, we also gave it an amazing on-bike fit, yet it's still roomy enough to fit over a Gabba. It has all the trappings of a performance rain jacket, with the waterproof zipper, long tail, long sleeves, and wrist closures that can go over gloves, yet we knew you wouldn't want to break the bank with it, so the only real compromise compared to our top-of-the-line offerings is in breathability. We kept the styling toned down and added a bright colorway in Fiery Red so that you can easily use this as a commute jacket and still look great when you get to the office. If you're going to wear it over office attire you may want to go up one size. - Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric keeps rain off with 10,000 mm water column - Slight amount of stretch for excellent fit in riding position - Folds into half a jersey pocket for emergency situations - Stuff pocket integrated into mesh vent at top of back - Waterproof zipper and contrast seam sealing keep water out - 360° reflectivity

NEAR WEIGHTLESS PROTECTION We have reinterpreted the classic wind vest to make it as svelte as the rest of your wardrobe. This vest is designed to completely block the wind on the front while allowing ample breathability on the back. The fabrics are so impossibly light that you'll be surprised at how much warmer you stay with this vest over your standard jersey. But the magic comes from the cut and the stretch fabric on the back, which take up all the loose fabric and make the vest fit close to body without feeling tight or looking ridiculous. When you're ready to take it off, the vest folds into its rear pocket and stashes away, taking up minimal space in your jersey pocket. - Ultralight windproof woven microfiber front - Striped mesh back is stretchy to avoid fabric flapping in the wind - Folds up extremely small - Rear pocket - YKK Vislon zipper - Reflective piping - 12°-20°C / 54°-68°F - Weight: 75g

This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility

We've completely re-engineered our entry-level vest. A new coated ripstop fabric keeps the wind off the front and spray off the back, while the tightly knit side panels allow the vest to stretch to fit a wide range of shapes while keeping a close-to-body fit that eliminates fabric flapping in the wind. The collar is cut high and the back long for extra protection and the color blocking of the stretch panels and the reflective details on the chest and tail give it an elegant design touch. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides for perfect fit and ventilation - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility
