2019 Tour de Pink West ONLY Bike Shipping Form

This reservation request form is only for Tour de Pink West, October 25-27, 2019. Reservations are taken on a first come-first served basis as we have a limited number of spaces to transport bikes to the venue.

Price is $75, which includes our shop receiving the bike, assembly, transporting bike to and from the venue, dis-assembly, pro boxing.

The bike would need to be at our shop by Thursday October 17th.  

Payment will be made directly to YSC.
